    Life insurance is very important for many reasons. It is a gift a fami.y member can give or a grandparent. A gift that protects the child while helping them prepare for the future. It is not morbid to present someone with this gift,buying insurance at today’s rate and interest rates increase. The child could bower against it to go to college or cash it in as cash value increases in later years. I myself bought our grandchildren Gerber life insurance. An affordable policy that will double at the age of 18 they could double this policy through out the policy or keep it in case they get a job in the future that doesn’t offer it. If you contact Gerber life insurance ,they will send you information, no pressure on different types of polies. I had one taken out for me as a young child, and believe me it was very helpful. Though I cashed mine in, some of my siblings continue to use their policies. We are in our later years now and the older you get the higher insurance premiums are. My advise to you is get the policy when they are young. Rate do not increase until you want them to.
